turn yellowed/browned/etc. with smth

Hi,

I have got a few questions about 'to turn green WITH envy', 'to grow yellowed WITH age' and similar constructs.

(1) TO GROW/TURN YELLOWED WITH AGE

I assume this is perfect English?

1.1. To a native speaker's eye, is there any difference between using GROW ... and TURN ... in this and similar expressions?

1.2. Is there the verb (sic!) TO YELLOW in English? What part of speech is 'yellowed' (in the expression 'to turn yellowed with age')?

(2) Is it correct to say, "The pages turned yellowed IN/OVER time'? If it is, what is the different between
to turn yellowed with age
and
to turn yellowed in/over time?

(3) Can I say "the sheets turned grayish/yellow/black with age'?
(not 'yellowed', 'blackened', etc.)

Yes, but there is no search on these with "turn" or other words that might precede, so aren't you getting turn yellow with age, was yellow with age, and to yellow with age in the same count, and getting it yellowed with age,
