Turn to me to do

Hello..

Can the following sentences be understood to mean the sentences after the "?".
My main concnern is, in the "A turn to B to do C", can it be understood to mean that the agent to do C is B, not A?

1. They turned to me to ask the job be done. ? They turned to me to tell me to ask the job be done.

2. They turned to me to do the job. ? They turned to me to ask me to do the job.

3. I turned to her to do that for me. ? I turned to her to ask her to do that for me.

4. Congress turned to him to represent the Brazilian people. ? Congress turned to him to ask him to represent the Brazilian people.
