Turn the page forward (?)

If you order somebody to turn the pages of a book to the front or the back, how would you say?

1. Turn to page 21. (OK)

2. Open your books to page 30 (OK)

3. Turn to the page forward (?) - like.. from page 45 to 20

4. Turn to the page back (?) - like .... from page 20 to 45.

My English here is not really good. Sorry about that?

Those are all OK, but there is no need to say back or forward when the page numbers are mentioned. 1. Turn to page 21.
