Turn sentences into their "imperative" form

Hello!

Got one question only a linguist could answer. Since I do not know anything about the field, don't be offended if it sounds stupid!

I am currently working on a personal project involving automated classification of user's queries.
Is it possible to turn any given sentence automatically into its "imperative" form, with an algorithm, a formula, or whatever software ?

E.g:
"You will prepare and serve a selection of snacks and meals from a set menu. Other duties will include rotating and ordering stock and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy."

should be presented as:
"Prepare and serve snacks and meals"
"Rotate and order stock"
"Keep kitchen clean"

Help me please!!!!!

Thanks!!!!
