Turn over vs role over

Hello,

The verb turn over is the same as roll over. For example, snakes turn/ roll over on their back and play dead.

When I'm reading a book and get to the bottom of a page, I turn over. I don't roll over.

I was pointing out that turn over does not always mean roll over.
