Could you please tell me how to phrase the 2 sentences naturally?
The more clockwise you turn the knob/The more you turn the knob clockwise, the colder the water gets.
You can't turn the knob anymore clockwise/to the right. The heater is turned up the the maximum. You can only turn it counterclockwise. That is if you want to turn the heat down.
