So I know we could say someone is fit, when they don't have any extra pound. but what if someone's body's organs's sizes are in a total harmony, like the size of upper part body is very appropriate with lower part, or arms and legs, head, breasts and butt for that matter. Got my point? and I'm not talking about one of those fitness freaks or super fit peeps, but someone who is naturally this way. Would it be called "tuned" or maybe "well-tuned"? My thanks

Well-proportioned is a good descriptor; classically proportioned describes the harmony and aesthetics displayed in Greek and Roman statues. These had a bit more flesh than modern tastes dictate. You could also use svelte.
I've never heard these refering to body proportions.
A piano can be tuned, or well-tuned. You can tune in a station on the radio or TV. Slang: Someone who is "tuned in" is modern and aware of the latest fashions, trends, or news.
