"Tune In" English teacher method for Dutch speakers

Hi,
I teach English in the Netherlands. Our school uses the "Tune In" method, which we will have to continue to use for another couple of years. I am looking for the address of the publisher (SMD Educatieve Uitgevers) or for copies of the audio CDs for Volumes 2 and 3 (for MAVO/HAVO/VWO). We never had CDs of this method and we have only a few of the tapes. I have no idea where to get them.
It would be cool if someone could help.
