Tuition fee,school fee, or lesson fee?

These days I'm going to the language center in an university to learn Vietnamese. I'm not an university student.

Q1 - In this case, do I have to call the payment I have paid for Vietnamese lessons "tuition fee" or "lesson fee"?

Q2- There is a place that I cab pay for next lesson in downstairs in the language center. Can I call this place " reception"?
