TT Charges
Dear Dale,
Thank yor for your refund for cancellation of order.
I would like to draw your attention that according to our pass payment records, all theTT charges when we transfer fund to you was remark as TT charges bear by 'OUR' mean the charges bear by us. But I noticed that the TT chages in the bank documents you sent to me was 'SHARED', mean we have to bear the TT charges for the payment you refund to us.
It is not a fair treament for us in this case. And we hope you can pay the TT charges for this refund.
