Trying to understand the difference between "would" and "will"

1. "How much would I get paid if I take the job?"

2. "How much will I get paid if I take the job?"

Does the first one actually indicate that I'm not too eager for the job compared to the second one?

1. "How much would you pay me if I take the job?"

2. "How much will you pay me if I take the job?"

Does the "would" here only make the question sound more polite, or does it also indicate that I'm not so thrilled for the job?

Thank you
