Trying to Hook-Up with a new girl.

Hi, I found a girl that i like and i wanted to ask her out this upcoming V-Day in a poem. But, poetry is not one of my strong points. can somebody help me out with a good hook up poem that i could give my future girlfriend(hopefully)?
