Try some

Now something that can have some practical usage:

Imagine I've just baked some cookies. Emotion: wink I want to offer some to my sister and now I'm holding out the plate. What can I say?

Try some (of these cookies). --> I would say this...
Have some. --> ...or maybe this.
Take some. --> I wouldn't say it, though I think it can be said.
Grab some. --> Sounds too "rude" to me.

Are the above sentences correct? Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
