A. Can I try this shirt on?
B. Can I try this shirt?
C. Can I try it (shirt) out?
D. Can I fit this shirt?
E. Can I fit this shirt on?

Which of the above are correct?
Which is the most natural or commonest?

What is the difference in meaning among 'try on', 'try out' and 'try' in the above context?

B. Can I try this shirt? Sometimes said

C. Can I try it (shirt) out? I'd say this if I wanted to use something , operate something, to see if it works proeprly. eg a can opener eg a lawnmower.

D. Can I fit this shirt? No.
