Try on

I want you to help my brother to try on all the clothes he bought from the clothing center.

Are you ready to try on these outfits?

Try on all these outfits and tell me which one you like.

Can you help me try on the clothes I have in my closet?

Help him try on all the clothes presented to him by his uncle on his birthday.

Only after trying on the clothes, you can say which one is good and which one is not.

Did I correctly used the try on in the above sentences?

Yes, I think so. I've only noticed one or two mistakes. The 1st sentence should be " I want you to help my brother to try on all the his clothes" .

  • And I'm not sure if this is obligatory, but I think you should write the last one like " Only after trying on the clothes can you say which one is good and which one is not" .
  • I would write it like that, though I'm not sure if you actually have to swap the verb with the pronoun in sentences like this one.

Not in all of them. I think the first sentence doesn't need the "to" in front of the try. It sounds better if it is like this, "I want you to help my brother try on all the clothes he bought from the clothing center."

Wonder123So "can you" or "you can"?
In the last sentence, as I said before, I would use "can you". I don't know if you can use "you can" there; I therefore recommend that you use "can y
