I'm not sure what the proper way to write this is, hopefully you can help me.

Uncovering the truths about abortion.

Or

Uncovering the truth about abortion.

It's going to be the subtitle of an ebook that I am working on. Thanks.

I'm definitely going for a long list of what I believe to truths. I thought that was the answer but appreciate the explanation.
