Trust something

In English, is it correct to say :


I don’t trust his driving. I can fall asleep in the car while he’s driving.


Would you say “trust” in this context?

I don’t trust his driving. I can fall asleep in the car while he’s driving. This is correct grammar.

But it makes more sense in terns of meaning to say

eg I don’t trust his driving. I can't fall asleep in the car while he’s driving.
