I would like someone to help me to explain true vs truth with some example. I tried to go googles and find still can understand. Thank you in advance.

Yes, that is the difference. Adjectives describe nouns:

a good idea (good = adjective, idea = noun)
a big black fat dog (big, black, fat = adjective, dog = noun)
