True enough/have a point there

Hi guys,

I came across those two expressins, "True enough" and" You may have a point there."
To me they seem similar in meaning but not sure.
So I'm wondering how different the two expressions are in meanings and usages in daily lives.
Your comments will be a great help for me.

Thanks a lot~
