true- blue hands

They want control of the company to remain in true-blue hands.

I only know what true-blue means but don't know about  true-blue hands. What does that mean? Can anyone help? Thanks.

There is an expression, " in good hands ", meaning "in the care of a trusted and capable person". This "in true-blue hands" is a variation on that.
