Truck ART in Pakistan OR Pakistani Truck Art...one of its kind in the whole world..!!

Hey guys.. Have you ever come across a wonderfull,painted with brilliant colors,loadz of things painted on a vehicle??If NOT...then you must see the wonderful and exotic form of art which is a speciallity of Pakistan...I hope many of our friends dont know about it.A model of pakistani truck was presented in exhibition in U.S and in 2006 in melbourne the whole Tram was painted and decorated like a Pakistani bus and all the work on the tram was done by Pakistanis.You wont find such art on trucks and buses anywhere in the world.In Pakistan you'll see this art and decorations on buses,rikshaws,cycles and carts aswell.Many foreigners are coming to Pakistan to learn this art because its getting really popular in the world and you gonna see many inspirations from this art..the trucks are well decorated and really fascinating.The amazing thing about the art is people who paint it mostly are not well educated and even some of them have never been to school,but their aesthetic sense is amazing.They also write some verses from poetry according to their choice of their favourite poet or writers.Also they write some lines which are their favourite and according to their taste.Books have been written especially about the poetry and lines written behind the trucks or buses.Its getting realy popular.Truck art in Pakitan has a long history.It's been done before 1920 but got acknowledgment in 1920 as an art form.Its only found in Pakistan.You will see the glimps of Pakistani areas and scenery,traditions of the people through this art and the poetry and lines written on them.And the decoratives which belongs to their traditional work and handicraft.And all the work is really expensive.It takes a wholesome amount to do all that work ona truck or bus.The truck owners and drivers love their trucks because they travel alot in them all the time so they love to decorate them and they take care of them and decorate them as a bride.

Here are some famous lines from those trucks and buses:

1:"Pappu yaar tung naa karr" which means in english" Pappu buddy dont bother me".(Pappu is a pet name of a person).

And one is 2:"Maan ki dua..Jannat ki hawa" whcih means:"Prayer of/by mother is a breez from/of heaven."

3:"Mehnat kar..Hassad na kar" means "Work hard..Dont get jealous".

4:"Daikh magar piyaar se" means "look at me but with love".[A]
