Trouble with write essays for my gsce

so im doing my gsce's in under a years time, and i have trouble writing essays. I find that i run out of time allocated (45mins) when i plan, and even when i plan my essay, I still get stuck. I tend to get stuck when i have to go really deep into e.g. quotes. I don't want to say anything going in to deep because i end up going off point and confusing the marker and teacher and myself. However i have to, especially with and IGSCE, analysis it deeply. Many of the times i don't honestly think certain things they give us goes a deep as they say it does, but if i don't go into their suggested depth i get D's Emotion: sad
Does anyone have any tips on what i can do

Hi, My first advice to people is to always make a plan. You are already doing this. I suggest you need to practice a lot.

My first advice to people is to always make a plan. You are already doing this.

I suggest you need to practice a lot. Get a stopwatch, and start timing yourself. And keep repeating this and repeating..
