Trouble in sentence

Hi,

I've just a little trouble in figuring out, which one is correct, out of following two sentences:

He has had done good work.

He has done good work.

What you guys think? which one is correct?

Thanks in advance.

I'm just a little confused, why the second sentence is not correct? Any reason?

Hi,

I assume that you are simply trying to form the Present Perfect and Past Perfect tenses of the verb 'do'.

The correct form for Present Perfect is He has done good work. She has cooked dinner

The correct form for Past Perfect is He has had

the reason why it is incorrect is because it had is a 1st person past tense verb while has is in 3rd person, besides they both mean the same thing only that its coming for a different person.
