Trouble finding subject and objects in this sentence


On what does and will the fame of Turing rest?
I'm not sure how to find the subject, object (direct or indirect), and main verb for the above sentence. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure. I don't see it as a strictly phrasal verb as the meaning is not idiomatic. He rests on the bed. He rests in bed. He rests at home. The choice of preposition doesn't see
