Trouble adapting/adjusting...

Are both of these sentences correct grammatically and naturally worded?

1 I have trouble adjusting/adapting to playing outdoors.

2 The conditions are different from/than what I am used to (playing Ping Ping indoors as opposed to outdoor.)

Thank you
