Top answer

Apparently, it means anger that you feel when trying to go through an airport, train station etc,. with a trolley loaded with luggage, or through a store with a shopping cart, and your way is repeatedly blocked by slow-moving people, children who want to lie down in the aisle, etc. I had not heard the term before.

Indeed. Why is it that people park their shopping carts sideways across the aisles when they stop to look for items on the shelves or to compare prices? I sometimes think it must be a universal law like E = mc2.
