Trifold

Without being too harsh, s there anything wrong with this sentence:

The main duties of the position are trifold: mopping, sweeping, and vaccuming.

My concern, one of them anyway, is whether I can list the duties after the colon without it being a complete sentence? Is there something wrong with that?

Your sentence is correct, but so simple that you do not really need a colon.
The word 'trifold' is much too fancy and uncommon for such a mundane topic.

I suggest
eg The main duties of the position are mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
