Tricky Sentence

The below sentences is from “Letter From Birmingham Jail” by Martin Luther King. Of those, bold and colored part is hard to understand.

I analysed it on my own.

Can you check it out for me?

That looks pretty complicated, though.^^

Thank you in advance.

Let us consider a more concrete example of just and unjust laws. An unjust law is a code[that] a numerical or power majority group compels a minority group to obey but does not make binding on itself. This is difference made legal. By the same token, a just law is a code [that] a majority compels a minority to follow and that it is willing to follow itself. This is sameness made legal.Let us consider a more concrete example of just and unjust laws.

An unjust law is a code that [=the code] a numerical or power majority group compels a minority group to obey ? [=the code] but [a numerical or power majority group] does not make ? [=the code] binding on itself [=a numerical or power majority group].

By the same token, a just law is a code that [=the code] a majority compels a minority to follow ? [=the code] and that [=the code] it [=a majority] is willing to follow ? [=the code] itself [=a majority].

That is, all of that is relative pronoun.

Underlined ? is the original place of relative pronoun that.
