Tricky-Online Application Forms

00I'd like to apply for a graduate program of a large global company. The problem is, that there's only an online-application form. So, I'm not sending a printed motivation OR cover-letter. After some personal questions there are 2 questions they ask with max. 4000 characters to fill in. The questions are:02br

001) I don't know if these questions are mixing parts of a motivation and cover-letter. I guess so but I`m not sure.02br
002) I even don't know exactly if I should use the whole space or only that much I usely writing in an (printed) motivation-letter.02br
003) Are qualities in that case as well abilities?02br
