Grace visited several tribal villages while on vacation in Thailand.
I can't figure out the differences between villages and tribal villages. In other words, when should I call a village a "tribal village?" Thanks.

Of course, tribal people can live anywhere, villages, big cities etc. It's about belonging to a particular group/clan/ethncity rather than where they live.
A village is a small settlement, smaller than a town. Who knows who lives there? There are as many variations as you can imagine really. We don't have tribes in England but we have lots of villages.
