Tree or three?

I'm asking again because I'm unable to understand the meaning of this line.

Given the fact that there is "by ten" what do you think it's the correct word he says here? tree or three? (they also use tree in general related to these things)

A 2:18 in this ___ by ten force matrix

Top answer

He says "three". A "three-by-ten matrix" is a matrix with three rows and ten columns. The other word may be "forced" not "force"; it seems to be the same thing as described here .
