Tree Inspection Report

Please help me improve the following e-mail. Thank you.

Dear Evans,

In response to your referral e-mail dated 18.05.2016 claiming a fallen was suspiciously found at the Queen's Park on 17.05.2016, we would like to inform that we had conducted an investigation at the Queen's Park in the morning of 17.05.2016 and didn't find any fallen tree at the park, but find a tree whose branch was broken and laid on the footpath of the park.

To avoid the broken branch obstructing the pedestrian flow and public safety, we had immediately removed the broken branch and its debris. In addition, we checked the concerned tree with broken branch and observed that the tree's overall condition was normal during the time of inspection. Also, we patrolled through the park and no irregularities on any other trees.

Learning from this incident, we will keep closer supervision on the trees in the park and carry our necessary remedial measure in case of any irregularities found. Should you need further information, please feel free to discuss with me.

Yours sincerely,
MK
