Yes, but that is more common in British English than American English.

This speaker of BrE has never heard of a 'tree garden'. If it had been deliberately planted, it might call it an arboretum.

It sounded OK, given the different in useage of "garden" between the two languages.

Another possibility besides arboretum is "botanic garden," but that includes all sorts of plants, from mosses to trees.

I heard of "mango grove" Can I say 'grove' when I have different kind of trees planted in one place? Can I say they entered my grove or they entered the grove belonging to X without his permission?

As for arboretum, I looked up the dictionary, and it says: a place where trees are grown so that they can be studied. But what I meant is that the trees have been planted so they they can be so

Abil But what I meant is that the trees have been planted so they they can be sold when they are matured.
Then, that is a tree farm.

Thank all of you.

Just to see which of the words is suitable for my purpose -- I came across another phrase 'family plantation'; what should we understand by it? Does it convey an idea that the plantation has many different kinds of trees?

I would take this to mean that the plantation was owned by a particular family, perhaps the family of a person who had previously been mentioned. I would not think it referred to the different types of trees there.
