Tree diagram

I am having trouble developing a tree diagram for the following sentence. I have practiced other smaller less complex sentences but this one is confusing me.

Apparently, the lack of air has not noticeably affected any of the students yet.

Jander, I am wondering and I can't help but feel the need to ask you. Yove have been talking about a tree diagram with several posted questions and several people have come to offer you help. Have you forgotten something?

I don't think anybody knows exactly what you mean by "a tree diagram". Can you give an example with one of your less complex sentences?

OK. So it is a matter of transformational grammar, as I suspected.

I don't know if the following is exactly what your teacher might want, but it's the general outline of the solution you're looking for. (You'll have to arrange it into tree form if that's required.)

S dominates 5 nodes and the VP dominates 4?I would have said that S dominates 3 nodes (directly), and the VP dominates 6, as shown below. It's difficult to count brackets, I realize. Also, this is just a rough sketch of the sorts of things to consider. Your version, and the form that your teacher may want, may be different from mine.
