It seems to be some sort of gaming slang, but you haven't supplied enough context. Nevertheless, I would suppose that 'general views' are visually attractive, so they are called 'pretties'.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF PRETTIES IN THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH? ...GVS (OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PRETTIES)

Need more context to help you.

Pretties has at least two meanings. In one sense it is simple; a doting father might say "Come to me, my pretties!"

In an ironic sense, a pirate might say "At last, my pretties. Let's board the galleon and take the gold."

The text is, broadly speaking, about a woman who is a travel writer but becomes a TV presenter.
