Travel for four days

I am going to make up a sentence below.

(ex) You will travel to Mexico for four days.

I think "travel ... for" can be interpreted in two ways.

(1) It could mean it will take you four days to go from your country to Mexico.

(2) It could also mean you will stay there for four days.

What is your opinion about my interpretation? Thanks a lot.

ansonguy What is your opinion about my interpretation? I think it's a reasonable interpretation. The fact that it's ambiguous tells us that it's not a good sentence.
