Travel "domestic"?

Can it be used as an adverb?
Can I say
"It's been a while since I've travelled domestic."?

oh sorry for the confusion, but the word I'm asking if it's correct to use as an adverb is the word "travel".

The adverb is domestically. But a more natural form of your sentence is this. Assume the speaker lives in Canada.
eg It's been a while since I've traveled in Canada.

You can, but it's a little sloppy because 'domestically' is the right word. Sometimes people aren't very careful when they speak.
