Though I'm neither a native speaker nor a grammar expert, I will cite some quote from Oxford dictionary:
It's a passive sentence so in this case you would use transport. Transport is a verb. Transportation is primarily a noun.
examples:
for the transport of chemicals
for transporting chemicals
to transport chemicals
Both words generally mean the same thing, but British English uses transport in the same way American English uses transportation.
