Translation puzzle

Hello,

I am thinking about how to translate the name of a TV programme into English it literally means "On first name basis with art". Doe it work in English

In short it's abot art. The programme is intended not to be artsy farsty. The programme is geared towards ordinary people who want to become familiar with art.

Here are another idea I have come up with.

On equal terms with art.

By "art" I guess you mean "oil painting". "On Equal Terms with Art" is OK. The literal translation needs an article, "On a First Name Basis with Art", and that isn't bad, either. Maybe "Art by Heart", a play on learning by heart, and it rhymes.
