Translation of russian poet A.S. Pushkin's verse (part of it)

This translation of russian poet A.S. Pushkin's verse was made by man who never speak on English, just by dictionary. Happily or not?

Snow storm spins its snow scolding

And it rages telling lips

It first ("now" maybe) jauls like a wolfing

Like a baby it then weeps
