Translation of name for our group

Hi lately we have dispute about correct translation of our postapocalyptic group "Vlkošedé bestie"

It means beasts that have wolvish gray color. How would translate it in most simplistic way?

Or rather when i say "wolf gray (wolfgrey?) beasts" or "gray wolf beasts" what would you imagine upon hearing that?

Thank you for info ??

MatBas Vlkošedé bestie The Gray Wolves. (You don't need 'beasts' in my opinion. ) The only problem is that, even though "gray wolf" is really a type of wolf in English, "gray" suggests "old", so it almost sounds like The Gray Wolves is some kind of club for senior citizens.

  • I suspect that the best translation would not be at all literal.
  • You'd have to come up with a clever phrase in English that hasn't necessarily anything to do with being gray or a wolf or a beast.
