Translation notes

Hi, I'm translating from Spanish to English and I need to write some translation notes. how do I put them? "TN", with numbers/letters? Is it better at the end of page or at the end of document?
Thanks!

If the note is specific to some particular text, a footnote is appropriate. If it applies to the entire document, then you can put it either at the beginning (Translator's Foreward), or at the end (Appendix).
