translation. cover letter

Hi. I am new on this forum. Could you pls tell me if my cover letter is all right?

Dear Recruiter,
My training as a translator was with focus on commercial, industrial, technical and business translations during my university course of studies Sciences of Linguistic Mediation at Turin University, which is directed mainly to learning languages, having in mind an outlet in the services which, as every day more apparent, more and more requires a knowledge of linguistic surface. Next year, I will apply for a master in translation at Imperial College in London.
As you will notice in my resume, I have an excellent command of the following languages: English, Italian, German and Romanian. I am a native speaker of Romanian and Italian. Since I grew up in Romania I attended bilingual schools.
My home office equipment includes a laptop with a high speed internet connection, printer, scanner and copy machine. I can work with files created with all main MS Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Publisher and complex PDF.
I am a fast learner and can incorporate myself fairly well in various working environments. I am sure I will be a good addition to your team and will greatly contribute to its productivity.
I am looking forward to your reply.
