Hello!
I have been assigned to translate a Private University's Web site from my mother tongue into English. However, I soon realised that it requires a strong command of written English. Also it called all my writing skills.
Could you possibly have a look at my writings below and help me correct them please? Do the sentences sound right? Are they grammatically and syntactically correct?

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT OF NURSING
X University was established by Y Foundation as a social responsibility project, on June 8, 1989. Department of Nursing under Faculty of Sciences will first begin its academic life on 2014-2015 education year with 60 students. X University education building is equipped with intelligent systems that use the latest technology. Our students will be able to perform their professional practice in Y private hospital which has 1000 beds and has title of X’s largest private hospital providing services under one roof whereby, as well as universal standards of medical education with practical training opportunities, students will have the best opportunities in terms of quality services, research, diagnosis and treatment and nursing care. Fully equipped laboratory has been established for our students in order for them to develop their skills whilst they are in the learning phase of their professions. Students that use the latest technology on simulation devices will work until they have enough skills, thanks to the feedback they receive, they will be able to improve themselves. In particular, three patient simulators and numerous patient model will be used for this purpose. Our students will not be accepted for practice areas until they fully learn the practices in the skill laboratories. Clinical and field applications will be carried out by experienced teaching staff.

According to the statement which X Nursing Association made in 1981, Nursing is a health discipline which is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing services and educating relevant people for protecting and developing the health and well being of the individual, the family, and society.
