Coud you please have a look at the following translation that I've done and would you correct if needed or write them for me the natural way of saying in English?
Our project has emphasised ( or enlightened? or put forward? ) the difference ( or differences? ) of theory and practice within the scope of our History lesson. As to the contructivist approach, it has been ( or has turned out to be?) quite a significant gain (or what would be a better phrase?) that the pupils can analyse, synthesise, and evaluate (is it necessary to use 'the' here?) information in person ( or personally? ) By this way, once again the pupils were able to realise ( or ‘see’ ? ) the city where they have been living since they were born from a different perspective ( or ‘from a different standpoint? ) by exploring their neighbourhoods ( or the areas of city that they live in? ) Our project has brought about a change in pupils way of looking at the issues and has helped them establish a critical and interrogative identity. (I mean ‘The pupils could make fair, careful judgements about the good and bad qualities of something at the end of this project)
