is it okay to say this? i feel not comfortable using this many of's.
Is it okay the say, "(The)Premier of Vancouver of BC of Canada, Christy Clark visited ..." If it is not working, Is there any better way to say it?

also, from above, do we need to add an article in front of their titles?

Two uses of 'of' is OK, but three seems rather excessive.

Your senetnce is inaccurate. She is the Premier of the Province of British Columbia. Vancouver is just one of the cities in that province.

Say eg Christy Clark, Premier of British Columbia, Canada, visited . . .

Only say 'BC' if you are talking to people who know that BC is part of Canada. In that case, you don't need to say 'Canada'.
