We have this word "Mangwinta". It mean someone who keeps track or counts what they have done to you usally during argument.

And in Catch-22, Major Major Major Major was always scoring 'feathers in his cap' (as opposed to 'black eyes'...which he was also scoring).

So there is no one word for it and only phrases? because it's like a personality trait. I think of using boastful or arrogant but it seems like it's wrong
