Translate this poem to iambic pentameter?

I wrote this poem about a year ago, and I was wondering if anybody could help me translate it to iambic pentameter. Please and thank you (:

It hurts to know you being so far away
I don't want to live like this anymore
It seems like you're getting farther by day
Knowing you is what I’ve always hoped for

Thinking of you and all the memories
I miss the times we’d laugh and talk
I wish you would come see me, please
As days go by I feel more and more numb

Every day is a blur, going by so fast
You are there in my thoughts and my daydreams
Visions of the future and of the past
You’re the only thing I need, so it seems

And I really hope one day you will see
Just how much you truly mean to me
