I am so tired, in turn i have not worked so much recently. A lot of people say, the weather is the reason of this. I do not know how can i become fitter and more energeticable. One of my colleagues has suggested me that i went to swim and was on fresh air. Only the problem is i don't have mood for get up early and i don"t like the foggy, cold autumn days. Fortunately i have already have a dog for 10 years so at least three times a day I go for a walk with it. A dog help to keep everyone's health.
