Transformational / transactional

Someone who's high in transformational focus but not so good in transactional terms would be a 'creator'. Someone high in transactional terms but not so good at transformation would be an 'analyst'.

What are 'transformational focus' and 'transactional terms'?

Are there alternative words to them?

Thanks.

AvangiHi, LiJ,
In what subject matter did you find them?  TA?  Psychology?  Philosophy?  Religion?

Thanks, Avangi.

I just had trouble undernstanding the sentences. Do the meanig of these words depend on the subject? And I'm not that good in those subjects you mentioned.

Quite so. Proponents of new systems often redefine their terms. The ones you have used seem likely candidates for that sort of thing.

I mentioned "TA" because I was reminded of an acquaintance who was into a psuedo
